    Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with UL larger customers over all related industries. Position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals. Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues. Assists industry leadership in the development of industry account strategies, goals and plans with a focus on driving a foundation for industry growth for UL. Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers. Works with key customers to understand emerging needs of organization.


    • Spearheads the execution of strategic plans to develop new business programs for UL, with a 3-5 year goal of >$10 million in recurring annual revenue.
    • Develops market and industry assessments, value added propositions and strategies with divisional leadership, operations, and sales to generate revenue growth, achieve goals and assess risks.
    • Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals, and plans.
    • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer and business issues.
    • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.
    • Helps build an M&A pipeline in Automation.
    • Focuses on expansion of services provided and customer loyalty for a group of key customers, through relationships with senior management.
    • Manage a team of professionals.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.


    Systematically managing strategy and market orientation, and managing Japan and Greater Asia's Automation team's opportunity pipeline of business.


    Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts, with a proven track record of selling "at the highest level" with a compelling value-add strategy approach.


    Detailed understanding of Automation, with preferred expertise in consulting and project services in areas like robotics, functional safety, energy efficiency management, sustainability, and cybersecurity.
