    Under minimal supervision, the Account Executive is responsible for bringing in significant business from assigned managed accounts by increasing account share and account penetration. This position builds and manages relationships within assigned accounts. Develops account plan and mobilizes internal resources to drive its implementation. - Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of complex and/or high profile managed accounts.


    • Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of complex and/or high profile managed accounts.
    • Builds relationships with various management levels, divisions, and functional departments of assigned managed accounts.
    • Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
    • Collects and maintains information, including business plan, from managed accounts so as to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria and business opportunities and threats.
    • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
    • Utilizes knowledge of manager account businesses to identify cross selling opportunities.
    • Supports junior staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information.
    • Coaches and mentors lower level staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes.

    • Job Details :
    • As a Sales Executive (or Senior Sales Executive) for W&C Test and Certification services, Achieving sales target is the most important role performing aggressive sales activities to existing customers for new & existing services and developing new customers for both of new and existing services.
    •  Acknowledging Sales target, manage and achieve annual target creating continuous opportunities through aggressive sales activities and forecasting accurate Sales Order & Revenue.
    • Reflex to Sales strategy analyzing the Needs and Industrial Trend for Key Account & SME. .
    • Basically, the sales will be performed to various W&C testing & certification services.
    • Following are the major sub-industries to focus. :1) Low Voltage Cables: AWM (Appliance Wiring Materials), Wiring Harness, Power supply cord, etc. 2) High Speed Communication Cables: USB Type A, C, etc., Ports & Cables delivering power & signals. 3) Global Market Access 4) LV/MV/HV Power Cables: 5) Other various Cables for Construction/Ship/Renewable energy/Utilities .
    •  Provide/suggest New services developing unknown customers based on new technology & standard.
    • Establish steady Business Partnership through aggressive customer management such as introducing new services, seminars related to product certification, etc.
    • Enlarge sales networking through the relationship with Internal/External Testing Agencies and Global UL LAB.
    • Maximize the synergy through active Demand Driver/Regulator relationship.
    • Others based on supervisor’s request.


    University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in a related discipline plus generally eight years of directly related experience.Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales process.Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.Has extensive knowledge of companys products and services.Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.


    1. Major: No connection but Electrical or Electronic engineering majored would be better.
    2. Related Experience: Over 2~ 5years of W&C related. Highly considered if following experience,
    • Sales experience in Cable related testing and certification business
    • Technical sales experience related to Utility business
    • QA/R&D experience at Cable related product manufacturer.
    1. Oher preferential treatment:
    • Cable related testing & certification experience from product manufacturer.
    • Experience in Certification/Testing organization
    • Good understanding of Cable Testing/International Standard.

    4. Language Skill : Business English
